The healthy food restaurant Råvara needed a full makeover. We’ve been part of the project from start to finish.
Creating a whole concept – not just a restaurant
We started off by creating a mood board including a color scheme, materials, graphic elements and an overall look and feel. When the concept was finalised a well-known architectural firm brought the ideas to life.
Råvara is all about fresh and healthy food made from scratch. The idea was to create a place not only with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, but a place which reflects Råvara’s vision and also stands out from the crowd while attracting the right audience.
We carefully picked a color scheme and materials that worked well with the brand vision. Green as the main color combined with two bright pastel tones and raw materials such as wood, steel and granite.

Creating a whole concept – not just a restaurant
We illustrated different seating areas that popped. Rounded couches, seating areas in windows and against a feature wall. All which are different to each other and inviting for small as well as large groups of people. Plants and steel mesh were used as dividers between the areas. The amazing wood work and furniture were designed and handmade by Luleå Design & Specialsnickerier. Before the reopening we added the final touches including decorations and custom designed interior and exterior signage.
Graphic design to create a bold statement
Råvara also needed all kinds of printed materials from posters to takeaway menus. Different shapes and elements were added to help create a cohesive brand. We keep helping Råvara forward through good design and social media marketing, expressing their vision of healthy food free from additives.
